Episode 1.13- And the Mole Is... Finale/Reunion

Greg: "This is it! Tonight, a winner will be crowned, a Mole will be revealed, and we will go over the sabotage and clues that you might have found in the episodes!  Welcome to the finale of the Sims 3 Mole Season 1!"

Greg: "Behind one of these three doors is a winner. Behind the other, a loser. And behind one of them is the player who has been sabotaging this whole season...the Mole! I know you are eager to see who that person is, so let's get down to it!"

Greg: "As you can see, only 3 of the original 8 torches remain. One more will be extinguished tonight before the night is through, but first we need to bring in the people who couldn't quite make it behind one of those doors!"

Greg: " The contestants I'm about to bring in were all eliminated, and since the show will not air until after the winner has been revealed, they all have no idea how to game played out in their absence. So, our first contestant is the only one that I haven't had the pleasure of meeting this season...Rob!"

Rob: "Hello, there. I guess you are the host?"
Greg: "Yes, I'm pleased to meet you. You've missed a lot

Rob: "I'm sure I did. I can't wait to see who walks through that door next. And I'm excited to know who the Mole is, too!"
Greg: "You'll know soon enough! Madison, you can come in now!"

Madison: "Haven't seen you in a while, Greg."
Greg: "Oh, yes, I missed you! I'm also excited to see your reaction to the final three, I think you'll be pretty surprised!"

Madison: "Oh no, its my old alliance isn't it? I knew one of them was fooling me."
Greg: "Maybe, but you at least know that this one wasn't, because the third eliminated contestant was Bella."

Bella: "Woo! I'm back, no one can keep Bella away forever! And Mady, nice to see you again!"
Madison: "Bella! Oh, the Mole got you too?"
Greg: "Yes, Bella was also tricked by the pesky Mole. And she wasn't all too happy about it!"

Bella: "Oh, yes! I can't wait to see which of those suckers lied to me! I am going to have to teach them a lesson!"
Greg: "Well, we know your Mole suspect was wrong, Bella, because here he is now! Ludwig, please come in!"

Bella: "Ludwig! What's wrong with you?"
Ludwig: "I'd rather not talk about it."

Rob: "Was he that pale before? I can't remember."
Greg: "Nope, Ludwig was bitten over the course of the show by none other than Will, the final contestant to be eliminated before the final three!"

Will: "Guess who's back?"
Bella: "Oh, Will! I guess one of my alliance members was lying to me for sure, then. We were screwed over by someone, Madison."
Madison: "But, Amelia wasn't in our alliance, right?"
Bella: "Oh yeah, we replaced you with her."

Greg: "Keeping the talk about Will! Will's girlfriend and his former alliance member are both in the final three, I wonder how he'd feel if one of them were the Mole?"
Madison: "So Amelia and him are still together?"
Will: "Nope, Taylor and I are. And I suspected her of being the Mole anyway, so..."

Greg: "Speaking of Mole suspects, I'm going to take a moment to ask each of you who you think will win and who you think is the Mole before I reveal the results. Rob, you can start."

Rob: "Well, hmm, who is even missing? The old lady, the fairy, and the cute girl. Well, cute girls are good choices for Moles, so I'll say Taylor is the Mole and Anglebob or whatever his name is is the winner."

Madison: "Amelia is the Mole, I think Englebert and Taylor were so genuine with me. And Englebert, not Anglebob, is is going to win this."

Bella: "I also think that Englebert is the Mole and I think Amelia will win. He lied to me."

Ludwig: "I'm going to say that Ludwig will win--"
Greg: "But you can't win! Pick someone else."
Ludwig: "Alright then. Let's say that Amelia will win and Taylor is the Mole."

Will: "I guess that I'll just say that Englebert is the Mole and Taylor will win. I hope she wins, so that she can share her winnings with me!"
Greg: "What few winnings there are! I will give 100 Simoleons to the winner for every point you have in the pot, so since you have 549 points out of a possible 2246, whoever wins will be recieving 54,900 Simoleons!"
Ludwig: "That does seem like very many."
Greg: "It isn't. You didn't do very well on the challenges. You could have earned 224,600 Simeleons, but oh well."

Madison: "What are those three chairs?"
Greg: "Ah, those are the seats of honor. One is brown, like the ones you sit on, for the runner up. The middle one is a throne of honor for the winner. And the one to the far right is also a throne, but it is for the Mole!"
Rob: "Oh, stop wasting time and get on with it already! I want to know the results!"

Greg: "Alright, alright. Behind this door is the winner of Season One of the Mole. Final three, you can here me in there right?"
Taylor, Amelia, and Englebert: "Yes, we can!"

Greg: "This is it, the goal of this season. You all wanted to win."

Greg: "But one player wanted to sabotage, and one person succeeded in unmasking them."

Greg: "One of your doors has been unlocked. You may come out now."

Greg: "And so, the winner of over 50,000 Simoleons is...."

Greg: "Englebert Humperdink!"
Everyone: *applause*

Bella: "Woohoo! Go Englebert!"
Will: "I'm just glad I didn't help Amelia win!"

Greg: "Englebert, please take your throne! You just won season one and beat 6 other people! What do you have to say?"

Englebert: "Well, obviously I'm happy. I was getting a little worried that maybe I hadn't won there, but yeah, I did know who the Mole was, so I'm not surprised, no."
Greg: "Well, you may know, but I think the rest of the contestants ought to."
Englebert: "They must be pretty dumb if they haven't figured it out by now..."

Greg: "Yes well, I think we've kept them waiting long enough. Which is why I'm pleased to announce that your Mole this season was..."

Englebert: "Wait! I did win, can I do the honors?"
Greg: "Um alright, I guess. The Mole is behind the middle door."

Englebert: "Thanks, Greg. I've suspected this person for a while now. Only I caught onto her true intent: to sabotage! I was too clever for this 'ere Mole, so that's why she lost!"

Englebert: "Oh Mole! You can come out now!"
Greg: "I'm sure she doesn't enjoy being called like a dog, Englebert."

Englebert: "I'll call her what she is...a Mole! Everyone, our Mole for season one was..."

Englebert: "Amelia Grant! Wait, what?"
Taylor: "Hello there, Englebert."

Englebert: "But...Taylor? What are you doing here? I don't understand, someone must have mixed the doors up!"

Greg: "There was no mix up, Englebert. I give you your Mole, Taylor Bam!"

Taylor: "You were all hilarious! Especially you, Englebert, I tricked everyone in the end, even the winner of the whole thing!"

Englebert: "Oh my God, I seriously had the wrong Mole and still won! Wow, talk about lucky! And what a close call that was!"
Greg: "Yes, it was closer than you know. But we'll get to that later."

Madison: "Wow. Congrats, Taylor, you fooled us all completely."

Greg: "So there you have it, folks! Englebert won, Taylor was the Mole, and now there is only one person left..."

Amelia: "I cannot believe it! I wasted all that time for nothing! My God, how did I lose this?"

Greg: "It wasn't a complete waste. You had fun, right?"
Amelia: "No, I did not. I am only annoyed."

Greg: "And here she is, folks! Your runner up for season one, Amelia Grant!"
Amelia: "Bah! I lost to an idiot."

Greg: "And now, we can talk about it all. Would any of you like to make a comment."

Taylor: "I guess I will. So, hello everyone. I was your Mole, and I feel pretty guilty about that. I also feel guilty because I convinced the only two people to take me seriously as a suspect to select someone else for their last Quiz."
Greg: "And they were?"
Taylor: "Amelia and Will. Which is why in all honesty I think Amelia should have won."

Englebert: "Taylor! I cannot believe you! I won fair and square!"

Amelia: "Thanks for saying that Taylor, but Englebert's right. He did score higher than me on the final Quiz, and it was my choice to change my suspect to Englebert, so while I obviously wish that I hadn't, he did deserve to win. I guess I'll be mature about this."
Englebert: "Thanks for that, Amelia."
Taylor: "I'm glad you feel that way, Amelia."
Greg: "Are there any other thoughts on how things turned out?"

Madison: "Taylor fooled me completely. I was in an alliance with the Mole, how crazy is that? Well done to her, and congrats to Englebert on winning."

Bella: "I can't believe Taylor lied to us! Taylor, how could you? We were in an alliance. I guess if I'm ever given the chance to play again (that's a hint Greg) I'll have to be more weary over who I make alliances with."

Rob: "Well, I don't really know how this all panned out, but I do know that I randomly picked Taylor as my suspect just now, so maybe if I hadn't blown off the first Quiz like I did I would still be around."
Greg: "Yeah, that's crazy, to think if you had been more confident you might have not been Executed."
Rob: "Yeah, if only."

Greg: "And now, lets turn our attention to the television screen, on which we will see a chart of all of the Executions this season. Examine it for a few minutes, and you might notice some strange things."
Taylor: "Oo, I love the way this chart turned out! Some of you got pretty lucky..."

Greg: "So, the first thing you will notice has to do with Ludwig. And Ludwig's Day Two Quiz. Ludwig, do you have anything to say about that?"

Ludwig: "What can I say? I took my random strategy to heart. I randomly decided to put down my own name for that first Quiz, and I still made it, so that was nice and boosted my confidence. I am a Smosterbeard, after all!"
Greg: "But doesn't it strike you as foolish? Your strategy wound up getting you eliminated, anyway."
Ludwig: "It wasn't my randomness strategy's fault. It was those too Exemptions! They were like a curse, getting two of those sent you home the next week! And also, I did get more votes for Mole than any other contestant because of my strategy, so that certainly helped to keep me around."
Greg: "That's true! You got 7 votes for Mole and were responsible for sending two people home. A pretty good record for 8 days in the game!"

Will: "I also have to say, I agree when it comes to the Exemptions. They got you out of Quiz taking mode, and then when you had to take the Quiz you weren't fully prepared for it. Both of the two people who got Exemptions were sent home the next Quiz they took, so yeah, they do get you eliminated."
Greg: "So maybe they weren't as much of an advantage as everyone thought they were. Very interesting, don't you think?"
Will: "Not for me! I was Executed because of it!"
Greg: "Well, I suppose...yeah."

Greg: "Another interesting thing on the chart had to do with Amelia, the only person to ever vote for Taylor on a Quiz. Do you have anything to say, Amelia?"

Amelia: "Yeah, looking at that chart makes me mad because I knew who the Mole was and Englebert didn't. So, if I hadn't second guessed myself, I would be sitting in that throne instead of him. Also, the fact that we tied on the last Quiz anyway just adds salt to the wound, since if I only would have been faster. But everyone knew that he was the fastest Quiz taker, so I never had a chance in that regard."
Greg: "Also, he tied for last place more than any other competitor. He was tied with the person who went home on days 4, 6, 8, and 12. How does that feel Englebert?"

Englebert: "Hey, fast Quiz taking for the win, literally! But ya, I guess I'm always doomed to be known as the worst winner of the Mole ever who didn't even know who the Mole was and tied in last place for most of the Executions. But I still won, so that's what counts!"
Greg: "I suppose you still did. But you sure did get lucky there."
Englebert: "You can say that again!"

Greg: "Now, let's take a look at Taylor's sabotaging journey. She made a fine Mole, and did a lot more sabotaging than most people gave her credit for. Let's watch."

Greg (voice over): "Taylor started this season off with a story that may have distracted many of you from her devious intents."
Taylor: "Hello, my name is Taylor BAM. I really think that I will get to the end of this show. Anyway I traveled a long way to get here from Germany to get here and I really want to do this for my HUGE family. They will be so surprised when I get home and tell them that I won. Especially my younger brother. He is very sick and we don't have a enough money."

Greg (voice over): "She then went on to take an extra vowel in the first challenge."
Taylor: "What's this?"
Greg: "An incense holder? It's an I."
Tayler: "Cool, a vowell! I'll take it!"

Greg (voice over): "She wasn't able to sabotage this challenge in a big way without avoiding suspicion, but she still did what she could, taking a vowel she knew she wouldn't use in order to try to prevent people who went after her from having them."
Taylor: "Aww, is this..."
Announcer: "A unicorn tombstone."
Taylor: "Aw, the poor unicorn! I guess I'll take it though!"

Greg (voice over): "Then, during the second challenge she did her first major act of sabotage with her incredibly vague description of her room."
Taylor: "There is a peach fridge at the back of the room. Next to that there is a stove. Right next to that there is a few counters. On the counter, next to the stove, there is a microwave. Also there is fire alarm above the stove. There is also a burglar alarm above the microwave. On the counter there is a coffee maker. The last thing there is a picture of a frog, the same one in the diary room."

Greg (voice over): "And she then tried to blame Bella for it."
Taylor: "Only 4? Wow. Bella, you should have tried harder. This room doesn't look right at all! None of the stuff goes together!"
Bella: "I should have tried harder?!? Check your description, sister!"

Greg (voice over): "Taylor also betrayed in the Prisoner's Dilemma challenge in order to ensure that Bella and her added no points to the pot..."
Taylor: "I'm betraying because I know Bella's betraying, and I'm sorry, I know she's in my alliance, but I don't want her to get an Exemption and increase my chances of going home!"

Greg (voice over): "...which Bella was not too happy about."
Bella: "Taylor, I cannot believe that you betrayed me! I could have had an Exemption!"
Taylor: "Sorry to break it to you, Bella, but you betrayed me too, Bella! You have no room to complain."
Bella: "But I needed that Exemption! I couldn't not go for it!"
Taylor: "I could say the same thing!"

Greg (voice over): "She intentionally gave Will many of her ducks in that challenge in order to make sure that he would go over the mark, since she knew he wanted another Exemption and would use many on himself."
Taylor: "And Will can have 20 ducks!"
Greg: "20 points, wow! That's the most ducks a contestant has given another so far."

Greg (voice over): "This wound up winning the challenge for Will, and her 20 ducks removed the points he would have otherwise added to the Pot."
Greg: "Will now takes the lead, with 45 ducks! Needless to say, that is more than 30, so no points! Will might have an Exemption here, but we'll have to see if Englebert can top it."

Greg (voice over): "A little romance was used to try and distract Will and the others from what she was doing..."

Greg (voiceover): "...but Will still suspected, and predicted the future outcome of the show and the cause of Amelia's eventual downfall."
Will: "It's horrible talking strategy with Taylor when I think she is the Mole I can't tell her. I'll feel really bad for deceiving her if it turns out that she isn't the Mole, but if she isn't, I suppose it must be Englebert, in which case she will probably win. Or Amelia, I suppose, but I've not seriously considered her as the Mole for a little while. I'm honed in on Taylor right now, and I think Amelia is torn between Englebert and Taylor."

Greg (voice over): "Meanwhile, Taylor continued to sabotage, convincing Amelia to pick the wrong offspring during the "Mole's Children".
Taylor: "That one is hideous! It has to be Englebert!"
Amelia: "I'm not sure...maybe."
Taylor: "And for the other one...I'm not sure."

Taylor: "This one has to be Ludwig."
Amelia: "What makes you say that?"
Taylor: "It just looks like Ludwig to me."
Amelia: "I don't really see it. It looks more like Bella to me."
Taylor: "I think it's Bella and Ludwig."

Greg (voice over): "This was when Amelia, too, started to catch on."
Amelia: "We could have done better at the challenge. I think whoever the Mole is really did try, though, as no one did terrible, and it really was a very hard challenge. Taylor made a few suggestions that seemed a little random to me, but that might just be me being paranoid."

Greg (voice over): "In the final challenge, Taylor sabotaged by intentional giving answers she thought you wouldn't guess."
Greg: "On the second one you made your first mistake, though. The question was, 'Who is more likely to have a heart attack?'. You said Amelia and Taylor said Englebert, because Englebert was older than Amelia."
Englebert: "Really? Huh, I thought for sure she would think Amelia."

Greg: "And then you made another mistake on the third question, 'Who do you think has more money?'. You said Amelia, but Taylor said Englebert."
Amelia: "Oh, sorry about that Englebert."
Englebert: "I knew I was right."

Greg (voice over): "Contestants, this is the face of your Mole, Taylor Bam!"

Greg: "So, how does it feel, Taylor, seeing yourself committing acts of sabotage?"
Taylor: "I feel so dirty. I'm really sorry, guys, I was just doing my job."

Greg: "How do you feel about your girlfriend, the Mole, Will?"
Will: "Well, I mean, I did know it was her. I wish she would have not convinced me not to choose her, since she seemed pretty genuine, but, as you showed in that clip, I suspected her for a while and when I was Executed I knew it was her, so yeah, can't say I'm surprised, and I completely forgive her."

Taylor: "Aw, thanks Will! I'm sorry I didn't let you win too, I would have but I had to respect the game and do my best to trick everyone, and apparently I did a pretty good job."

Greg: "You did indeed. Now, lets take a look at some of the clues that we planted throughout the season that you could have picked up on if you had been observant. Turn your attention towards the screen."

Greg (voice over): "The first clue of the season was not one that the contestants could pick up, but rather one that was aimed at the home audience. Each week in the polls, we asked a different question, and, during the first four polls, one contestant's name was misspelled. Taylor's name was spelled 'Taylor Blam' the first week, the 'Tayler Bam', 'Taylor Bom', and 'Taylor Bamm'. If you take the letters, you have and extra L, E, O, and M, which, unscrambled, reads MOLE."

Greg (voice over): "Another clue was during the third episode when each contestant was asked who they thought was most likely and least likely to be the Mole. For the least likely, the number of underscores in place of the name varied, but in the most likely, there were always six underscores, one for each of the six letters in Taylor, the Mole's name. However, since many other contestants, like Amelia, also had six letters in their name, this wasn't the most helpful clue."

Bella: "I have many, many suspects, but I'm going with ______. And I know _____ is not."
Greg: "And finally we have Will!"

Greg (voice over): "Another clue was given on Day 7 when Englebert made a comment about my boxers."

Englebert: "I see that you're still wearing your knickers!"
Greg: "Ya know what, you people need to stop mentioning that! I took my suit to the tailor!"
Will: "How? None of us are allowed to leave this house."
Greg: "Alright, you caught me. I just didn't feel like getting dressed."
Amelia: "Um...okay."
Greg (voice over): "When I said that I 'took my suit to the tailor', as Will noticed, none of us were allowed to leave the house. I wasn't talking about that sort of  tailor, but rather, another Taylor that worked for me."

Greg (voice over): "And another clue was on Day 11 when I read the following paragraph to the audience and contestants."
Greg: "Tomorrow, the contestants will know the truth. All will be revealed to them, and we will crown ourselves a winner and a Mole. Yet, for today, they still cannot be sure if the person standing next to them is really on their side. Likelier it is growing that they are nothing but a Mole. Of course, the Mole may have already accepted their fate, but they could be the person no one suspects. Right now, there's only one Quiz left, but before that, there must be one last challenge. Still, for two of the contestants, that question is still being asked: who is the Mole?"

Greg (voice over): "If you take a look at the first 6 sentences of it, you will notice the first letters spelling something out. The first word of the first sentence, tomorrow, starts with a T, the first of the second an A, and so on until they spell out the word TAYLOR, the name of the Mole hidden in plain sight."

Englebert: "Well, those were hardly clues! Practically impossible to catch, they were. You acted like they were so obvious, but no one was meant to notice those."

Will: "As far as clues go, those were pretty terrible. Most of them only the audience could have seen, anyway."

Bella: "Yup, I think we all agree. Bad, bad clues. But that doesn't stop me from kicking myself over missing them."

Greg: "Alright, alright. Bad clues, I know. And now, its time for a ritual that we've done every elimination so far."
Amelia: "Here we go. Turn off my lamp already, Greg."

Greg: "I'll turn off the lamp farthest to the left in memory of Amelia."
Amelia: "Um, I'm right here. The only contestant to witness my lamp being turned off!"

Greg: "This second lamp we will turn red, because this lamp belonged to Taylor, our Mole, and was more than it appeared. Now might be a good time to complain to Taylor about how she deceived you."

Bella: "Taylor, how could you! I really trusted you, and you let me down. Not cool."

Ludwig: "I am a Smosterbeard, and you had no respect for that. I should suck your blood like a leech, you beastly Mole you."

Rob: "I should have known it was you! But you let me go first!"

Greg: "And so, Englebert, you are the only untouched lamp. How does it feel?"
Englebert: "Pretty amazing. I'm excited to spend all that money!"

Greg: "Haha, I'll give it to you after the show. But I have something to offer you that is better than money."

Englebert: "What?"
Greg: "Are you enjoying your retirement, Englebert?"
Englebert: "Um..."

Greg: "Because I made enough money from being on this show to retire early anyway. Way more than your measly 50, 000 Simoleons, let me tell you. And so, I would like to offer you a job...hosting season 2 of the Mole!"
Englebert: "Are you serious? Bloody 'ell! Of course, who gives a damn about retirement? I'm going to host a reality show!"

Amelia: "Congrats, Englebert. It should have been me, but congrats."
Englebert: "Oh, cool it, Amelia. I'll give you the 50 grand."
Amelia: "What? Are you serious? I love you Englebert!"

Rob: "Give it to her? It should have been me!"

Greg: "Well, there you have it, folks! Amelia gets her money, Englebert gets his hosting job, and Taylor gets..."

Taylor: "Nothing. But shame for working against the group."
Greg: "...paid for being the Mole!"
Taylor: "I do? Thanks Greg!"
Greg: "Yup! Why don't we pose for a group picture now?"

Englebert: "Sounds like a good idea. I'll be back for next season, woo!"

Greg: "Goodbye everyone!"
Englebert: "And so concludes season one of the Mole!"

Thanks to all of my readers and contestants. I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did. Congrats to Zack for winning with Englebert and to Dolly for making a great Mole out of Taylor. I hope to have a wonderful second season, whenever that may be.
